So after I learned the keys to fixing myself, I immediately began the process of giving this information to others who may be struggling with emotional problems. This course was based on a book that I wrote in 2018 called “Find the Lie and Fix the Problem- a tool for emotional healing”. The book touched on several aspects of emotional healing. All of these emotional problems/triggers are things that I have personally lived through and have had to personally suffer through times when I had no idea how I was going to get past this pain. After having lived with emotional pain myself, I realized that I should compile all of this information and create a course that would give practical tools for people to use in order to fix and heal emotional pain from their pasts. Healing is essential to the spirit. If we are not healing from what has held us back emotionally, we will always be open to triggers that take control of our emotions. We have to be in control of our emotions and also very aware of our emotional limits. This course adds value by teaching these practices with a goal of creating a person who is more confident because they are able to understand and tame their emotional triggers.
